Ok, so I cheated slightly. My first La Roche-Posay product is a sachet face mask not a full sized product. When on my hols in Portugal recently I was pottering around a chemist and came across La Roche-Posay face mask in a sachet form. I was have wanted to try out La Roche-Posay but there range can be quiet pricey. This little face mask sachet is a great way to try out something in there range and at only €2 how could I refuse. It is actually a duo sachet so you have two uses. I used one in Portugal as my skin was quiet dehydrated from using suncreams, getting burnt, walking the beach and all those lovely things you do on holidays that I desperately miss. Boo Hoo.
Returning to Ireland from Portugal was not all that bad. As we departed the plane we were shocked to see that it wasn't raining. It was actually quiet nice and sunny. All week we have had the nicest weather, some days were reaching over 25 degrees. I am sitting out in the sun everyday trying to top up my tan, don't worry I am wearing sun-cream.
My skin has got quiet a battering over the last two weeks between sunning my self in Portugal and lying on my front porch like a sun junkie in Ireland. This calls for face mask time. Last night I decided to use the last sachet while sitting down and catching up on TOWIE.
Ekk "Tightening" feeling!
The only thing I did not like about the mask was that it gave me that dreaded "tightening" feeling. I really hate this as my skin is dry enough as it is and im always afraid of having reactions to new products. I decided to wash off the excess after 10minutes instead of leaving it to sink in just in case. I have to say my skin felt really moisturised and hydrated afterwards.
Check out all my freckles :-)
Can you recommend other La Roche-Posay products that I should try out?
